Recommended Age For Float Naked Luxury Pool Floats?
Ages 13 & up.
Float Naked Pool Floats are not life-saving devices. Please do not leave children unattended while in use.
Inflation and set-up:
First things first get excited cause your about to have a great day!
Now unfold your float on a flat surface. Make sure there are no sharp objects nearby that could damage the float.
Insert any standard air pump into the air valve and hold firmly to inflate.
Close the air valve and make sure it’s completely depressed into the float so they don’t come undone while you’re having a great time floating.
Sun Warning: Please be careful when leaving your float in direct sunlight. The sun will heat the float and cause it to expand. If your float is hot and looks like it has expanded please release some air before using.

Now pull the plug on the air valve and apply pressure.
Most standard air pumps have a reverse air function to make this process go much faster.
To keep your floats in tip-top condition we recommend removing them from the water after every use, rinsing them with fresh water, and drying them off completely. Once your float is dry, deflate and store until next time.
Float Naked Luxury Pool Floats are made with extra strength vinyl to make sure your floating experience are perfect every time. If your float has a hole, locate the site where the air is leaking, and use the repair patch included. Make sure the area around the hole is clean and dry before applying the patch to the float.
Storage: Keep your deflated Float Naked Luxury Pool Floats in a dry location with little to no sun exposure.

How can I track my order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is placed. Just make sure your email is entered correctly when checking out. Please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. If you’ve placed a pre-order, the shipping date will be specified on that item’s product page.
My Float Naked Order hasn’t shipped yet… why is that?
Orders for in-stock items may take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship. After being processed and shipped, your order should arrive in the timeframe that you selected via shipping option. Orders placed before 5:00 pm PST will ship the following day; orders placed after 5:00 pm PST will ship an estimated 2 days later.
Please note that the processing time for pre-orders exceeds this 1-2 day period. Check the item’s product page for its exact shipping date.
Can I make a change to my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel or make changes to your Float Naked purchase after the order has been placed. This includes changes of the shipping address. Please also note that we are unfortunately unable to combine separate orders.
Does Float Naked ship internationally?
Yes, Float Naked ships worldwide! Please note that international deliveries may take up to 8 weeks to fulfill.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders in the U.S. over $65. Please note that all other Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S. only) and international shipping prices may vary per order, items, and shipping location.
How will my order be shipped?
Float Naked uses a variety of shipping methods, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
All Float Naked orders can be tracked via an emailed tracking link soon after the order has been processed and shipped.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay too!
Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be billed at the point of sale. Your bank or Payment statement should reflect the amount charged shortly after placing your Float Naked order.

What sales tax will I be charged?
All orders shipped to California will be charged a local sales tax.

My payment was declined - what should I do?
Although we understand that payments may be declined sometimes, Float Naked’s payment processor cannot be overridden. If you believe there may be an error with your card, please reach out to your bank directly.
What is Float Naked's return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on orders within 30 days of purchase. All refunds are credited back to the original form of payment, however, gift card purchases are non-refundable. Requests for returns or exchanges can be placed by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org
