We accept returns of un-used and un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Float Naked Pool Float Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. You may process your return by reaching out to sales@floatnaked.com.
To begin a pool float return, please email sales@floatnaked.com with ‘Return or Exchange’ in the line of the subject along with your order number and date of your purchase and the return or exchange will begin to be processed promptly.
